Graphic Facilitation

Graphic facilitation is a unique facilitation technique that uses large scale visuals to help groups of people see what they mean resulting in effective, creative, and productive meetings and workshops. A graphic facilitator helps groups talk and think together, and get clear and focused to move toward problem solving and strategic planning.

Graphic Recording

Graphic recording captures ideas on paper in real time during your training, meeting or conference. Working with a presenter or another facilitator, the recorder creates visually relevant images that synthesize key content, themes and group process.

Custom Charts

Custom charts are a unique way to present important information in an engaging, big picture way. Developed in advance of the event, a custom chart outlines agendas, visions, goals and objectives, strategic plans, or whatever information is relevant.

Strategic Visioning

Strategic Visioning was developed by The Grove Consultants International, a pioneering group graphics firm in San Francisco (www.grove.com). It's a highly engaging and effective process that uses large templates to collect and display the group's thinking during a series of discussions and activities.

Typically, strategic visioning is a one to two day process using 7-8 templates. However, templates can also be used for stand-alone sessions (i.e. planning for a particular project). The process and templates used depend upon the desired outcomes and the group's unique needs.

World Cafe
The World Cafe is an innovative methodology for hosting important conversations. Open-ended question(s) asked in small groups engage participants in active, meaningful conversation leading to consensus and understanding. These conversations are then shared back to the larger group and graphically recorded for everyone to see.
